Responsibilities • Coordinate HSE related activities., • Support and coordinate the implementation of the Health and Safety policy in accordance with the regulatory context and the guidelines set by the BU, Regional and LoB management., • Alert management and report risks (duty to warn, etc.)., • Identify and analyze the causes of accidents and occupational illnesses and contribute to the definition of action plans., • Contribute to the development of safety policies, procedures and training modules, and assist in the development and implementation of measures and strategies to prevent occupational risks., • Revise and maintain HSE procedures for the management of site safety activities in accordance with Group standards and applicable legislation., • Prepare for and participate in internal audits and inspections., • Maintain HSE databases, run HSE KPIs and reports., • Compile statistics using all available data to prevent future incidents., • Ensure that accidents, incidents and relevant events are reported accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations., • Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and share relevant lessons learned and best practices., • Act as a point of contact for all HSE issues., • Provide HSE training to employees on topics such as risk management, incident investigation and safe working practices., • Prepare reports on the causes of accidents and recommend solutions to prevent similar incidents in the future., • Raise awareness of safety culture and health, safety and environmental issues to involve employees in preventing work‑related accidents and improving working conditions., • Monitor current laws and regulations and apply them to site practices. La planta de producción de Lear Valls se dispone a iniciar un proceso de selección para múltiples oportunidades laborales en posiciones de Team Leader de Operaciones. Ejecutará el seguimiento de productividad de las líneas de fabricación de módulos electrónicos, liderando un equipo de hasta unos 30 operarios y velando por el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la planta en materias como la calidad del producto y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad. Responsabilidades operativas Bajo la responsabilidad final del Supervisor de Operaciones, es responsable de las siguientes funciones (y sustituye al SdO en caso de ausencia): • Responsable de liderar y gestionar su célula de trabajo para la consecución de los objetivos de productividad de las líneas bajo su cargo., • Asegura el seguimiento de la planificación de las líneas., • Coordinación del personal que depende de las líneas, ajustando éstas en primera instancia en función de diferentes variables., • Determina y acuerda determinadas acciones en consenso con el Team Leader de otras células en caso de necesidad., • Seguimiento y reporte del posible absentismo en su célula de trabajo., • Junto con SdO, propone mejoras en las líneas que puedan suponer un impacto positivo en los resultados de productividad, calidad, formación, seguridad., • Asegurar cumplimiento de los procedimientos y decálogo de normas de la empresa., • Reporte diario de las incidencias operativas acontecidas en las líneas bajo su responsabilidad., • Efectúa tareas de comunicación/ información con el personal de su célula., • Realiza tareas de sustitución en puesto equivalente en caso de necesidad., • Cumplimiento del plan de auditorías y/o plan de acciones establecidos que afectan a su puesto de trabajo.
