What are we looking for?An/a Service Line Business Development Manager - Aerospace, with at least 10 years of experience.Availability to join a stable project in Rivas - VaciaMadrid or Valdepeñas.Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineeringWork Model: 50% remote work.Work Schedule: M-T: 9h and F: 5.30h. Requirements:Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in business development for in-service support, maintenance, MRO, aftermarket, or lifecycle services.Solid technical knowledge of the aerospace environment, avionics, embedded systems, or platform support.Demonstrable results in growing the maintenance business, generating a sales pipeline, extending contracts, or acquiring new customers.Experience in business development and direct client to identify new service needs within the installed base and convert them into business opportunities.Experience in developing new services or solutions with higher added value.Senior-level, results-oriented profile with a proven ability to manage the full cycle of an opportunity: identification, development, proposal, negotiation, and closure.Professional-level English, minimum B2.Previous experience in defense, military aviation, MRO, or support for complex to travel.The following will be considered a plus:Experience with multi-year maintenance, availability, fleet support, or PBL contracts.Knowledge of ILS, obsolescence, or life-cycle costs.Experience with upgrades, technological evolution, or simulator with new, higher-value-added service models, such as predictive maintenance, digital services, data analysis, or new performance-based support models.What will your responsibilities be?Your main responsibilities will be:Generate new business opportunities for In-Service Support.Grow existing contracts, programs, and client new clients and markets.Develop opportunities for maintenance, repair, fleet support, upgrades, retrofits, and obsolescence management.Promote availability contracts, comprehensive support, and new service models.Participate in RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bids, and a qualified pipeline of opportunities and follow up on them until they are closed.Develop and maintain the Service Business Plan for the Aerospace division.What we offer you?
