PERMANENT - 20H or + Working at weekends - 2 consecutive days off, not fixed
Once you have understood our concept,
familiarised yourself with the kitchen and our
menu of cold dishes, your mission will include :
AM (9:00-12:00)
- preparing the ingredients needed for service
(cooking, cutting, preparing sauces...) - managing stock and supplies
- developing new dishes in collaboration with
managers
PM (6:00-11:00) - setting up, cleaning and tidying the
workstation before and after services - assembling and plating cold dishes, cheese
plates and desserts according to the defined
technical specifications
