Key Responsibilities Support Operations: Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high guest satisfaction. Team Supervision: Support in scheduling, training, and supervising spa staff, maintaining service standards and professionalism. Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless spa experience. Financial Support: Assist with revenue monitoring, cost control, inventory management, and preparing performance reports. Service Quality: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment. Marketing & Promotions: Support in promoting spa services, special offers, and packages to maximize guest engagement and revenue. Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, maintain guest records, and oversee supply orders as required. Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment., • Fluency in English., • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills., • Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty/wellness services, and guest service standards., • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure., • Proficiency in spa booking systems and MS Office. Guest Care: Welcome guests warmly, provide consultations, and ensure a relaxing, personalized spa experience. Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards. Product Knowledge: Recommend suitable treatments and retail products to guests to enhance their journey of wellness. Teamwork: Support the spa team by maintaining cleanliness, stock levels, and assisting colleagues when needed. Team Supervision: Support, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants and supervisors to maintain high performance. Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards and address any issues promptly. Inventory & Supplies: Help manage housekeeping supplies, linen stock, and coordinate orders as needed. Guest Satisfaction: Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Compliance: Ensure the team follows health, safety, and hygiene standards. Reporting: Report maintenance issues and assist the Housekeeping Manager in administrative tasks and scheduling. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a hotel., • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills, • Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards., • Ability to multitask and handle guest interactions professionally., • Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
