Role Overview Are you ready to become a future leader in luxury hospitality? Join Sani/Ikos Group España as an Assistant Sommelier and play a key role in delivering the Magic of Togetherness as part of the World’s Leading Family & Beach Resort. You will assist the Head Sommelier in managing and developing our wine program, curating wine lists that complement our Michelin-level culinary concepts, and providing expert wine recommendations to guests.
