Your main purpose: Receiving & Managing Supplies: Support the process of receiving goods, both from suppliers and internal hotel departments. Inventory & Controls: Participate in regular stock counts and inventory checks, ensuring accuracy of records. Organization & Maintenance: Manage and maintain the storage area in excellent condition. Recording & Monitoring: Record all inbound/outbound stock movements and monitor inventory in collaboration with the Procurement Department. Safety & Procedures: Implement safety procedures to prevent losses or damages and ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding storage and product handling. Training Support: Contribute to the training of new warehouse team members and provide guidance during daily operations. What will you bring? At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role, preferably within the hospitality or food service sector. Solid knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and stock management procedures. Ability to use ERP systems/warehouse software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational, coordination, and work planning skills. Ability to manage a team and provide employee guidance. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations. Good command of English (spoken and written).
Mission: As a Bellboy, you will design tailored welcome experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service. Tailored Service: Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms. Drive guests around the resort using club cars. Provide information to guests regarding facilities, events, and services. Key Responsibilities Guest Communication & Service Requests: Handle guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, ensuring prompt follow-up. Coordinate with departments to fulfill room service, dietary, and special requests. Daily Reporting & Arrangements: Update and manage daily reports, including VIP arrivals and special requests. Verify next-day reports for accuracy in guest preferences and requirements. Guest Experience & Satisfaction: Identify VIP guests and organize personalized touches (e.g., offers, cakes, diets). Prevent duplicate arrangements and maintain up-to-date guest profiles. Communication & Coordination: Liaise with the Concierge Manager and departments for seamless guest service. Ensure clear, timely communication with guests via Callbell, phone, and in person. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel environment. Experience in guest-facing or call-handling roles such as concierge, front office, reservations, or call center Fluency in English. Computer literacy, including MS Office, Opera PMS, and messaging tools like WhatsApp or Callbell. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong asset).
