At Ziptransfers, we have been operating in the airport transfer industry for more than 15 years. Today, we are a multicultural team of almost 40 people, with different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds, managing services across 80+ countries and 250+ airports worldwide.

We are growing and looking for a Service Operations Center Agent to join our team. The role combines booking management, customer support and daily operations, helping ensure our transfers run smoothly around the world.

The role

• Manage and review bookings and booking requests.
• Assist customers and providers mainly by phone, as well as through other communication channels.
• Monitor live transfers and daily operations.
• Handle changes, incidents and last-minute situations.
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in customer service, booking, operations, tourism, transport or similar.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer and provider support.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Residence in Reus, Tarragona or nearby,
