We're looking for a talented and driven Dutch Speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join our team in vibrant Barcelona! In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, helping them harness the power of Google Ads . You'll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth within our customer base. What You'll Do Trusted Advisor: Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns . Outbound Engagement: Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions. Strategic Campaign Setup: Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success. Growth & Upselling: Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities. Database Management: Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information. High-Volume Interaction: Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls. What You'll Bring Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C2 level of English. Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments. Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred). CRM Expertise: Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems. AI Integration: You regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow and use insights to personalize outreach. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences. Mindset: Self-motivated and proactive with a confident and determined approach. Business Acumen: Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and support strategic decisions. Specialized Skills for the Dutch Market Market Understanding: A clear understanding of the Dutch market , including cultural nuances, business etiquette, and practices. Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the existing digital marketing ecosystem in the Netherlands to position Google Ads as a valuable solution. Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of local regulations, especially regarding data privacy (e.g., GDPR), to ensure compliance in all outreach activities. Strategic Thinking: The ability to identify and target companies with high growth potential, unlocking substantial opportunities. Advanced Problem-Solving: Capable of managing more sophisticated questions about ROI and integration with other platforms.
