As a Customer Success Officer, you will join our team to provide the best customer experience journey for a particular customer, offering the support they need to feel comfortable and understand that their needs are also ours: You will be in charge of updating and keeping our customers' incidents, and inquiries up to date quickly and effectively, resolving issues with empathy and care, and documenting pain points to share with internal teams. You will ensure the best attention to our customers, by phone, email, or any other channel, offering the necessary support to make them feel comfortable and understand that their needs are also our needs. Under the guidance of the Guest Experience Manager, the Call Center Supervisor (PBX) directs the overall operation and service levels of PBX in the hotel facilitating and directing all operating departments, in meeting and exceeding hotel goals and assist in providing timely guest and team members resolution. Job Description What you’ll do Support the PBX team to consistent with hotel policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a seamless and expedited experience. Assists Front Desk and Accounting department in locating and verifying phone charges for guests. Keeps updated contact information on employees in other departments. Refer guests’ complaints to appropriate departments. Knows the responsibilities of other departments to be able to determine the appropriate department to forward all calls. Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services. Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately. Descripción del empleo Lo que harás… Preparar, recoger y transportar los materiales y productos necesarios para la limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones y áreas comunes e internas. Retirar la ropa sucia y basura de las plantas de habitaciones hacia las oficinas en el sótano y siempre que sea necesario del interior de las habitaciones hacia las oficinas asignadas en el hotel.
