The Operations Assistant is supporting the Sales & Procurement Senior Manager in following the sales strategy initiated by the Commercial Director, to achieve objectives of annual plan approved at Corporate and Regional levels (volumes / categories / new customers) and reach target of profitability in all segments. We are offering a temporary position with the prospect of permanent employment. Position based in our offices in Castelldefels (Barcelona), Spain. Key Areas of Responsibility for the Role: • Collect market data and internal reports to support sales strategy development., • Draft action plans and maintain updated schedules and calendars., • Track deadlines and commitments with allocated customers., • Prepare documentation and follow-up reports on commercial operations., • Organize and archive contracts and negotiation documents., • Handle communication with suppliers and transport partners., • Monitor weekly pricing and product availability, preparing reports., • Coordinate shipments and verify delivery status., • Prepare presentations and materials for meetings with customers and supermarkets., • Gather information on new products and market opportunities., • Assist in reporting and documentation for consolidation of key products., • Update progress reports and share operational information with sales teams., • Prepare spreadsheets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports. Required skills and competencies: • Business Administration, Marketing, Economics degree., • Proficiency in Excel., • Fluent in written and spoken English., • Organizational maturity and effectiveness., • Strong precision and logistics capability., • Operational and back office., • Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts., • Results orientated with a positive approach., • Ability to deal with change., • Excellent Communication Skills / Proficiency in Computers.
