We are seeking a friendly and reliable Ayudante de Camarero/a to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing excellent customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a superb dining experience, and supporting the smooth daily operations of our restaurant or bar.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat customers upon arrival.
- Accurately take food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and clean tables efficiently before and after service.
- Process payments and expertly operate the POS system.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address customer requests promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter or waitress is not obligatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
A good command of Spanish is required AND/OR English
