Whether you’ve worked with specialty coffee for years or are simply excited about coffee, people, and great hospitality, we’d love to hear from you. The Role Working at La Cabra is about more than making great coffee. It’s about creating a memorable experience for every guest. As part of our Barista / Front of House team, you’ll help deliver thoughtful, welcoming service while learning about our coffee, bakery, and approach to hospitality. Depending on your experience and interests, your role may focus on coffee preparation, guest service, or a combination of both. What You’ll Do - Welcome guests and create a warm, thoughtful, and inviting atmosphere. - Help guests explore our coffee and bakery offerings, making recommendations with confidence and curiosity. - Work closely with our baristas and bakery team to deliver an exceptional experience. - Learn about specialty coffee, brewing methods, and our seasonal selection. - Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, depending on your experience and training. - Support daily café operations, keeping our space organised, clean, and running smoothly. - Work as part of a passionate team, even during busy service periods. Who We’re Looking For - Genuine enthusiasm for coffee, food, and hospitality. - A warm, positive personality and a natural enjoyment of working with people. - Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. - A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. - Someone who takes pride in doing things well, from the smallest details to the overall guest experience. - Experience in specialty coffee or hospitality is a plus, but not a requirement.
