We are looking to employ a highly experienced waiter or waitress for our restaurant La Scala Marbella and also an experienced sous chef for our busy kitchen You must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a fine dinning restaurant Need to have the ability to speak fluent English and also Spanish

Flexibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.

Own method of transport is necessary, as we’re just outside of La Cala. We are looking for a barback, who can also function as a drinks runner. Tasks include bar cleaning tasks, drink and cocktail preparing, drink loading and stocking, cleaning tables of glasses and empty food plates, as well as general runner tasks and cleaning duties. All under the guidance from our head bartender. Positive attitude, speed of movement and willingness to learn will be highly valued.
