About the Role We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B strategy and operations, ensuring operational excellence, business profitability, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, events, catering, and banqueting., • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and business planning., • Drive commercial initiatives and upselling strategies to enhance operational performance., • Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations., • Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary F&B teams., • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to implement innovative and differentiated concepts., • Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure efficient operations and achieve business objectives. What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field., • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in leadership positions within Food & Beverage operations., • Mandatory experience in 5-star hotels with complex Food & Beverage operations., • Strong background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control., • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams., • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on business performance and guest experience., • Excellent communication and leadership skills., • Fluent English.
