Como Jefe/a de Recepción tu misión será liderar y gestionar de manera integral el departamento de recepción, garantizando una experiencia excepcional para nuestros huéspedes y el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos, de calidad, clima laboral, desarrollo del personal y operativos del hotel. ¿Cuáles serán tus Responsabilidades? Capacitar, organizar y supervisar al personal a su cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la empresa. Gestionar reservas, pronósticos de ocupación, movimientos de huéspedes, facturación, cobros y pagos. Coordinar y colaborar eficazmente con el resto de los departamentos del hotel. Organizar, gestionar, formar y asignar tareas al personal de recepción. Supervisar y evaluar el desempeño del personal a su cargo, brindando retroalimentación constructiva y oportunidades de desarrollo. Programar y supervisar las actividades de atención al cliente, garantizando la satisfacción y fidelización de los huéspedes. Atender y resolver las demandas de los clientes de manera profesional y eficiente. Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales. Requisitos Formación: Grado en Turismo. Formación adicional: Se valorará Máster en Gestión Hotelera o Revenue Management. Idiomas: Dominio del inglés y alemán (se valorarán otros idiomas). Conocimientos informáticos: Nivel avanzado en programas de gestión hotelera y ofimática. Competencias: Liderazgo, orientación al cliente, resolución de problemas, comunicación interpersonal, planificación y organización, orientación a resultados. Job Description What you'll do... Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to. Deal with in-house guests’ requests, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions and the Reception float. Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provides the necessary daily reports for all departments as per our standard operating procedures. Ensure the night reception tasks are completed correctly and accurately in line with our standard operating procedures.
