The ideal candidate for this Waiter/Waitress position will have:
• A minimum of 1 year waiting experience in a fast paced, high-end hospitality venue, preferably with seasonal experience. • Fundamental knowledge of spirits and wines. • Excellent customer service, passion for hospitality and great interpersonal skills. • The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic. • A friendly, pro-active with a can-do attitude. • Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress. • Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish. • Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work late shifts
