Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will support the Director of Sales in leading and managing all conference operations at our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all conferences and events hosted at SLS Barcelona. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for conference and event services that align with the hotel's business goals and enhance its reputation. Prepare and manage budgets for conferences and events, ensuring financial targets are achieved and resources are utilized efficiently. Collaborate to develop and execute promotional strategies to attract clients and maximize event bookings. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement. About the job The Sales & Events Intern will work as a team member to create the most professional sales team in Nobu Hotel Barcelona. He/She will be of support to the Sales & Events team.
