The ideal candidate for this Waiter/Waitress position will have: • A minimum of 1 year waiting experience in a fast paced, high-end hospitality venue, preferably with seasonal experience., • Fundamental knowledge of spirits and wines., • Excellent customer service, passion for hospitality and great interpersonal skills., • The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic., • A friendly, pro-active with a can-do attitude., • Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress., • Excellent communication skills. Tus funciones: Tus funciones como Runner serán apoyar al equipo de servicio para garantizar que cada cliente reciba una experiencia excepcional siguiendo los estándares de lujo de METT. Serás responsable de llevar los platos y bebidas desde la cocina o barra hasta las mesas de manera eficiente y cuidadosa, mantener las áreas de servicio limpias y organizadas, y asegurar que todo el material necesario esté siempre disponible. Brindarás soporte a los camareros y cocineros durante el servicio, colaborarás en la reposición de estaciones y participarás en formaciones internas para seguir desarrollando tus habilidades. Con una actitud proactiva, dinámica y orientada al detalle, contribuirás a que el servicio sea fluido y de la más alta calidad.
