Camarero/a - Yorkshire Pride 1 - Benidorm

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team in the heart of Benidorm. Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing orders and billing through our POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed in every transaction. You should have a strong knowledge of the menu, being able to advise guests on dishes, wines, and food pairings while tailoring recommendations to their individual preferences. You will act as an ambassador for our brand, following a rigorous service protocol that guarantees maximum customer satisfaction at every point of contact, from welcome to farewell. It is also essential that you strictly adhere to food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all customers and colleagues.
A high level of spoken and written English is essential for this role, as the majority of our customers are international visitors. Candidates must be confident communicating fluently in English, taking orders accurately, explaining menu items, answering customer queries, and providing exceptional service to guests from a variety of backgrounds. Additional languages are an advantage but are not required.
This role requires excellent teamwork skills. You will work closely with the kitchen, restaurant floor, and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and seamless operations, particularly during busy periods. Your outstanding customer service skills will be your main tool, allowing you to anticipate needs, answer questions, and handle any issues with effective communication and a consistently positive and empathetic attitude. The ability to work under pressure will be crucial in maintaining calmness, professionalism, and efficiency, even in demanding situations, ensuring that every customer receives first-class service regardless of the time of day.
This position requires flexibility in working hours, and successful candidates will be expected to work a mixture of daytime and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the needs of the business. The ability to adapt to different shift patterns while maintaining high service standards is essential.
