We are looking for a trainee Pizza chef with some kitchen experience to join our team. We operate a wood fired oven and make all the dough fresh in house. We also serve a selections of starters and salads. Experience is an advantage training will be provided. We need someone to start immediately, part time hours currently available will be full time once trained up. The hours will vary, evenings and days. We are looking for cooks or kitchen aids that know the basics of working in a kitchen and that are willing to learn from our chef. Our menu will consist of Tapas, Brunch, Barbecue and salsa during the day. At night the menu will be more sophisticated with mainly French cuisine. We do not need an experienced chef, as we already have one but someone willing to learn and follow instructions set by the chef. This offer is for a full time position with 40 hours a week.
