Job Summary: As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience within our establishment. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting. 2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. 4. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. 5. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. 6. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. 7.
