Restaurante La Madurada – Nueva Apertura en Sant Andreu Buscamos Segundo de Cocina con Conocimientos en Parrilla y Gestión En La Madurada, un restaurante con una propuesta gastronómica única, estamos buscando un Segundo de Cocina para nuestra nueva apertura en Sant Andreu. Este puesto está destinado a personas con experiencia en cocina, especialmente en parrilla. Si eres un profesional de la cocina con habilidades de liderazgo, capacidad para organizar., gestionar recursos y te apasiona la parrilla, ¡te estamos esperando para formar parte de nuestro equipo! Requisitos: Más de 2 años de experiencia en cocina, con énfasis en parrilla o cocina a la brasa. Experiencia en gestión de inventarios, escandallos y control de productos. Capacidad para gestionar horarios y coordinar el equipo de cocina. Habilidad para mantener altos estándares de calidad en la elaboración de platos. Conocimientos y experiencia en las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en un ambiente de alto volumen de trabajo. Actitud proactiva, responsable y organizada, manteniendo el orden y la limpieza. Capacidad de liderazgo para guiar y motivar al equipo de cocina. Imprescindible nivel avanzado de español (hablado y escrito). Estabilidad laboral y compromiso con el crecimiento del equipo. Documentación en regla. Condiciones: Horarios: turnos seguidos y partidos, con dos días de descanso entre semana. Posibilidad de ascender dentro de un grupo en constante expansión. Condiciones salariales: Salario base: 2.000€ netos mensuales (aproximadamente 2.650€ brutos). Propinas: 100€ semanales (aproximadamente 400€ al mes). A los 6 meses de antigüedad: gimnasio gratuito. Grupo con más de 16 años de trayectoria especializados en la gastronomía japonesa busca SEGUNDO JEFE DE COCINA para restaurante ubicado en la zona Sarrià (BARCELONA). Requisitos: - Experiencia demostrable en puestos de responsabilidad de cocina - Experiencia en trato con proveedores y dirigiendo personal. - Disponibilidad a jornada completa, turnos partidos y fines de semana. - Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales y capacidad para liderar un equipo. - Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y alta presión. En el Restaurant L'Olivé, local emblemático en Barcelona dedicado a la cocina tradicional vanguardista busca incorporar a un/a Tercer/a Jefe/a de Cocina. El perfil se corresponde a una persona que haya trabajado al menos 3 años en una posición similar en establecimientos con alto volumen de trabajo a la carta. O, que sea un cocinero/a avanzado con dotes de liderazgo. Debe ser una persona organizada y conocimientos gestionando equipos de trabajo.
