Responsibilities:
Management and marketing of rooms
Assisting clients and prospective tenants (mainly international)
Organizing and optimizing internal processes
Supporting administrative and operational management
Proposing and implementing improvements in business management
Coordinating viewings and managing sales follow-ups
Requirements:
Fluent English (essential)
Experience or knowledge in administration, business management, or operations management
Organized and solution-oriented profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes
We particularly value:
Experience in real estate, coliving, or room rentals
Ability to implement organizational and management systems
