Son Manera Retreat Finca, operated by Indigourlaub GmbH, is looking for an experienced Retreat Center Manager to oversee our unique property on Mallorca. Located on the edge of Montuiri, approximately 30 minutes from Palma, our 25-room finca specializes in yoga, meditation, and seminar holidays. In this role, you will lead daily operations across the retreat center with hands-on dedication: Coordinate and support a team of around 10 team members across various departments. Welcome guests personally, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and manage guest billing. Actively participate in daytime service operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Advise guests on local island activities, hiking excursions, and Mallorca highlights. Oversee administrative tasks behind the scenes, including preparatory accounting and operational organization. Handle unexpected situations with calm, confidence, and solution-oriented thinking. What you bring to the retreat: Solid professional background in hospitality, hotel management, or gastronomy. Strong communication skills with fluency in English, German, and Spanish. A well-groomed, warm, and professional demeanor that reflects the retreat's tranquil ambiance. An affinity for sustainable management and holistic topics such as yoga and healthy nutrition. Mallorca residency and your own car are mandatory requirements for this role.
