Role Summary TopSpin Co is aLead Generation & Revenue Operations solution— we are a young and fast-moving company, we run lean, work on real client problems. If you're looking for a quiet internship, this isn't it. We're looking for a Lead Gen & RevOps Intern to support our revenue engine across two core areas: outbound lead generation and revenue operations. You'll work directly with our consulting team, get your hands dirty on live client projects from day one, and actually see the impact of your work. What You'll Do 1. Lead Generation & Outbound • Define target company universes from ICP and targeting frameworks, • Run data enrichment workflows to build high-quality contact lists, • Design and configure outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn), • Monitor sequence performance and iterate based on reply rates, open rates, and conversion signals, • Support nurturing and re-engagement strategies for cold or stalled leads 2. RevOps Support & Execution • Maintain CRM setup (HubSpot): properties, pipelines, and basic workflows, • Help set up and QA operational flows: lead routing, task creation, scoring logic, • Provide day-to-day support to SDRs and consultants, • Support simple automations (Claude / Make / HubSpot) under guidance, • Document processes, build SOPs and checklists 3. Data & Reporting • Build and update dashboards (HubSpot, WBRs..), • Track key weekly metrics: reply rates, meetings booked, conversions, funnel health, • Keep data clean: deduplication, hygiene checks, report validation What We're Looking For Must-Haves • Pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or masters in Engineering Business, Data, or similar, • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and xcskxlj spreadsheets, • Genuine interest in B2B sales, outbound, and GTM systems, • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Clay, • Experience with (or strong interest in) AI tools — Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, or similar, • Any prior exposure to HubSpot or outbound sequencing Traits That Help You Thrive • Organized and reliable — you follow through on things, • Fast learner who likes figuring out how systems work, • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
