Overview The TT Collective is seeking a hungry and motivated TikTok Creative Director to help produce and direct viral TikToks for our brand partnerships. The role will require you to wear many creative hats and you will get a tonne of autonomy. This is a startup environment, we need someone to operate like a founder, and not treat it as a 9-5 job. About TT Collective We are the TT Collective, a TikTok Studio working with global brands to get their products filmed by the everyday user. We have exclusive relationships with these brands to expand their reach on TikTokShop through creative and strategic campaigns. We work with brands such as NeuroGum, OneSize Beauty, Wavytalk and dozens of others. Skills and Experience - Using, creating, filming, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING TikTok related. We need someone who has an obsession with it - Video producing and directing - Lighting, angles, sound quality, saturation levels, sound, and editing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Spanish and English dealing with CCs/Actors in production settings - Strong experience with learning about viral trends - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience using Google Drive - Nice to have but not essential - Experience with Notion, ClickUp and CapCut Roles and Responsibilities The Creative Director will be responsible for creating viral TikTok Scripts that then will be assigned to our roster of content creators. We really need someone who is able to dive into the minutiae of TikToks and assess on a granular level what makes a TikTok really go viral. - Creation of viral TikTok scripts for our brands partnerships - Distribution of scripts to CCs - Direct our CCs and analyze - Coordinate all aspects of video production, including shooting and liaising with our Video Editors for finalized TikToks - Reviewing CCs TikTok footage to ensure it matches their brief and our Guidelines - Google Drive management of scripts, footage and final videos - Sourcing and hiring future CCs This is not a 9-5 job.
