Company Description At Dr.You, we are building a modern well-being brand focused on helping people understand themselves better and find more coherence in their day-to-day lives. We do this by offering retail spaces, digital experiences, curated products, community, events and data-driven programs. Our first store in Madrid is our proof of concept, but our ambition is much bigger: to create recognizable urban sanctuaries across Europe. We are now at a key point in the business. After launching our first store and online channel, we are building the core team that will help us scale with clarity, care and consistency. Role Description The Retail & Community Manager will oversee daily operations of Dr.You's flagship store in Madrid while fostering a strong community around our brand. This full-time, on-site role involves managing customer experiences in the retail space, creating and coordinating events, and making sure our retail is following the right path. The Retail & Community Manager is one of the main faces of Dr.You. This person brings energy, warmth and human connection into the store. You will be responsible for making people feel welcomed, understood and inspired. You will help turn our stores into places people want to return to, not only because of the products, but because of how they feel when they are there. This role combines retail, hospitality, community, sales, events and brand presence. You are not just selling products. You are creating relationships. You are helping people understand their needs, discover rituals and connect with the Dr.You way of seeing well-being. Roles & Responsibilities. • In-Store Customer Experience You will lead the human experience inside the store. This includes: • Welcoming clients with warmth, presence and confidence, • Creating meaningful conversations with customers, • Helping people understand what they need through the five Dr.You pillars, • Recommending products and rituals with care, not pressure, • Making the experience feel personal and memorable, • Building trust with regular clients, • Understanding customer motivations, challenges and routines, • Making the store feel alive, calm and culturally relevant, • Assists the operations manager on inventory & orders 2. Retail Performance You will help drive commercial results in the store. This includes: • Contributing to daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, • Increasing average ticket through thoughtful recommendations, • Helping improve conversion in store, • Following up with customers when appropriate, • Understanding which products resonate most with the community, • Sharing customer insights with the rest of the team, • Supporting visual merchandising and product storytelling, • Helping identify commercial opportunities in-store 3. Community Building You will help build and nurture the Dr.You community. This includes: • Creating relationships with clients beyond the first purchase, • Identifying people who could become active members of the community, • Helping invite clients to events, rituals and experiences, • Creating moments that make people feel part of something, • Listening to feedback and understanding community needs, • Helping create local partnerships with like-minded brands, studios or spaces, • Supporting city-based community initiatives 4. Events and Activations You will play an active role in Dr.You events. This includes: • Hosting and supporting in-store events, • Helping coordinate workshops, meditations, talks and brand activations, • Bringing energy and hospitality to every event, • Helping guests feel welcomed and connected, • Gathering feedback after events, • Identifying ideas for future experiences, • Supporting event-generated content and community follow-up 5. Content and Brand Presence You will help connect the physical experience with the digital world. This includes: • Spotting organic content moments in the store, • Helping capture authentic community moments, • Supporting storytelling around products, rituals and events, • Collaborating with the Growth & Digital Manager on campaigns when needed, • Helping make the store a source of content, stories and cultural energy, • Bringing a natural social presence to the brand 6. Product & Customer Insights You will be close to the customer every day, so your insights will be extremely valuable. This includes: • Sharing what customers ask for, • Identifying common challenges they have, • Giving feedback on product assortment, • Supporting the future development of Dr.You products, • Helping connect customer behavior with business decisions You’ll be a good fit if You are naturally social, warm and curious. It follows a progressive structure, rewarding both performance and overperformance.
