El hotel tiene 5 puntos de venta: restaurantes, roof top, coctelería y vinoteca. Se requiere: - Experiencia comprobada como subdirector, conocimiento en horarios, inventarios, check list, negociación con proveedores, entre otros. - Es imprescindible tener un nivel alto de inglés y de catalán, y experiencia de al menos tres años en el cargo. - Se requiere tener don de gente, capacidad empática, valor humano, ya que trabajará con 30 personas a su cargo. Responsabilidades: - Gestión integral del restaurante, asegurando un funcionamiento fluido y eficiente. - Liderar, motivar y supervisar al equipo de sala y cocina. - Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, manteniendo altos estándares de servicio y calidad. - Supervisar y gestionar las reservas y la ocupación del restaurante. - Control y gestión de inventarios, proveedores y pedidos. - Análisis y reporte de ventas, gestión de costes y optimización de recursos. - Coordinación de turnos y horarios del personal, asegurando la cobertura en todo momento. - Proponer y ejecutar estrategias para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y los ingresos del restaurante. - Resolución de incidencias con clientes y equipo, siempre con una actitud profesional y positiva. Requisitos: - Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en un restaurante de renombre. - Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos. - Dominio del español e inglés. Se valorará el conocimiento de catalán. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas. - Actitud proactiva, dinámica y orientada a resultados. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos. En SB Hotels, con más de 30 años de experiencia en el sector, contamos con 9 hoteles -y dos más en construcción- ubicados en Barcelona, Tarragona, Tierras del Ebro y Madrid. Actualmente buscamos 2º Maitre con formación en hostelería para nuestro hotel en Barcelona. En dependencia directa del Jefe de sala participará de un proyecto multidisciplinar, de dar servicio a restaurante, room service y eventos. Su principal misión será apoyar al Jefe de sala en la planificación, organización y coordinación de las personas que conforman el departamento, y el control y evaluación de todas las actividades de prestación de servicio de alimentos y bebidas coordinando cocina y sala. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? · Planificar y organizar junto con el Jefe de Sala el servicio de restaurante y bar. · Organizar los recursos necesarios para la correcta prestación del servicio, dotándolo de una estructura eficiente. · Determinar el equipo de camareros y los turnos de trabajo. · Apoyar en la gestión del aprovisionamiento y la relación con los proveedores, por delegación del Jefe de Sala. · Supervisar la decoración y la ambientación de la sala para conseguir crear un entorno confortable y una imagen acorde con el tipo de servicio que ofrecemos. · Definir los procesos a seguir antes, durante y después del servicio, y da las instrucciones necesarias para asegurar la atención al cliente, los niveles de calidad y los resultados económicos deseados. · Asesoramiento al cliente en aspectos gastronómicos, así como sobre la oferta de servicios disponibles cerca del establecimiento. · Venta de los servicios del establecimiento. · Desarrollar una estrategia de comunicación para informar, promocionar y vender los servicios del establecimiento, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del destinatario juntamente con el Responsable de Restauración y siguiendo criterios de cadena y corporativos. · Controlar el cobro del servicio. ¿Que requisitos son imprescindibles para la vacante? -Experiencia de al menos 2-3 años en el sector y funciones similares en restaurantes gastronómicos. Experiencia en gestión de equipos. Experiencia en cuanto al control del buen funcionamiento de la sala y cumplimiento de los estándares generales de calidad con apoyo constante del Jefe de Sala Residencia en provincia del puesto vacante.
