En qué consiste el trabajo
- Tú llevas la sala. El equipo, el ambiente, el ritmo — es tu territorio
- También trabajas en sala. Este no es un puesto desde el que se gestiona y se observa. Atiendes mesas, llevas platos, haces el trabajo junto al equipo
- Pones orden cuando hace falta — con firmeza, sin drama
- Hablas con la dirección. Lo que sube, lo que baja, tú lo haces sencillo
- Gestionas lo básico: reservas, horarios, administración del día a día
- Te manejas bien con las herramientas — TPV, software de turnos, lo que el trabajo necesite
Qué buscamos
- Alguien que lidera estando presente, no dando órdenes desde un lado
- Bueno con la gente — los clientes sobre todo. Entiendes que de eso se trata todo
- Bilingüe en inglés y español. Los dos. Del todo
- Suficientemente organizado para llevar la administración sin que sea un peso
- Cómodo con la tecnología — nada complicado, solo funcional
- Perfil joven, idealmente. Alguien que está construyendo algo, no dejándose llevar
- Sin ego con el trabajo. El delantal se pone cuando toca

What the Job Is
- You run the front of house. The team, the floor, the atmosphere — that's yours
- You also work the floor. This is not a role where you manage and watch. You serve tables, you carry plates, you do the work alongside the team
- You bring order when it's needed — firmly, without drama
- You talk to ownership. You pass things up, you take things down, you make communication simple
- You handle the basics: reservations, scheduling, day-to-day admin
- You're comfortable with the tools — POS, scheduling software, whatever the job needs
What We're Looking For
- Someone who leads by being present, not by giving orders from the side
- Good with people — guests especially. You understand that's the whole point
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. Both. Fully
- Organized enough to handle admin without it being a burden
- At ease with technology — nothing elaborate, just functional
- Younger profile, ideally. Someone building something, not coasting
- No ego about the work. The apron goes on when it needs to
