We are currently looking to add phone operators for our customer service team at our offices located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) who speak fluent English and Spanish.

We offer:
-Indefinite contract from the very first day.
-Fully paid training.
-6 consecutive days of work and 3 consecutive days off.
-Fixed salaray + monthly variable pay for achieving objectives such as customer satisfaction and call duration.
-Nocturnal plus after 22:00h
-37,5h weekly extensive shift from Monday to Sunday with a fixed schedule and
-->10:00h to 18:30h.
-->18:30h to 02:00h.
35h weekly intensive shift from Monday to Sunday with a fixed schedule:
-->14:00h to 21:00h.
We are looking for:
-Individuals with at least 6 months of experience in customer service.
-Availability to work starting December.
-Fluid level of English AND Spanish
-Agility with technology is necessary
-Problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
