📍 Valencia, Spain | Full-time | In-office | International travel We are a fast-growing international startup expanding across multiple markets and looking for a mid-level B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Valencia. This is an office-based role with regular international travel, working closely with clients, distributors, and partners across Europe and beyond. The role offers strong upside potential as the company scales. What you’ll do • Develop and manage international B2B client relationships, • Prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities, • Grow and retain existing accounts, • Represent the company at international trade shows and client meetings, • Work closely with internal teams to execute deals and follow through, • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and forecasts What we’re looking for • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, • Fluent English required, • At least one additional language required (any additional languages are a big plus), • Comfortable with regular international travel, • Proactive, organised, and commercially driven, • Valencia-based and available for full-time in-office work Compensation 💰 All-in monthly compensation: €3,000–€4,000 gross, depending on experience and performance (Includes base salary + performance-based bonus) Why join us • Above-market compensation for Valencia, • International exposure and frequent travel, • Fast-growing startup environment with high upside potential, • Direct impact on revenue and expansion, • Clear performance expectations and room for growth
