PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Verificar personalmente y con frecuencia que los clientes están recibiendo el mejor servicio posible.
- Atender y responder las consultas o quejas de clientes de manera cortés y eficiente, informando de manera inmediata a su supervisor y llevando a cabo su seguimiento hasta asegurar su resolución de manera satisfactoria.
- Supervisar y verificar que los alimentos y bebidas están en perfecto estado, son frescos y son servidos adecuadamente durante el servicio, proporcionando feedback a los implicados en casi de ser necesario.
- Conocer en profundidad todos los alimentos y bebidas del menú y poseer la capacidad de recomendar combinaciones de alimentos y bebidas y otras alternativas con el objetivo de mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y aumentar las ventas.
- Supervisar y asegurar que el outlet se encuentra en perfecto estado, se mantiene limpio y organizado tanto en la zona de clientes como en la zona de trabajo del personal del hotel.
- Proporcionar servicio a los clientes incluyendo, pero no limitado a, servir mesas, preparar las áreas de trabajo, acondicionar las mesas y funciones generales de cajero.
- Colaborar con todos los departamentos del Hotel y asegurar que todo el personal bajo su responsabilidad colabora con todos los departamentos para lograr la satisfacción del huésped y el éxito del Hotel.
- Supervisar la puntualidad y la apariencia de todo el personal de alimentos y bebidas.
- Participar en la preparación y publicación de los turnos de trabajo semanales, asegurando que se adaptan las necesidades de negocio y cumplen la normativa legal
