An excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Professional to join a well-established trade finance company.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Telesales Closer
Location: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat - Barcelona
Salary: €13,000 - €50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
Schedule: Monday – Friday.

Are you a driven and resilient sales professional with a passion for closing, building relationships and understanding client needs and looking to join a young vibrant team?
The Company is seeking an energetic and highly motivated High-Net-Worth Client Acquisition Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in closing and re-qualifying potential sales opportunities within the high-net-worth individual (HNWI) Trade Finance market
Key Duties (But not limited too):
·Close and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional pre-sales information.
·Provise analysed market opportunities and insights into trade finance to help clients make informed decisions.
·Utilise CRM to track and manage client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
·re-qualify and close potential sales opportunities (professional closers).
Candidate Requirements:
·1 - 2 years Tele/Sales/B2C/B2B/Closer experience.
·Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting weekly targets.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the English language.
·Ability to conduct 100 outbound calls per day and pitch a minimum of 10 potential clients a day (strong verbal communication needed).
·Ability to deliver analysed trade finance market opportunities and close pre-qualified potential clients identifying HNWI requirements.
·Ability to learn CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales activities.
·Deliver detail-oriented supply chain information with strong organisational skills.
The candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably in alternative investments or related fields. Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) is a plus. Key qualities that will set you apart include strong communication skills in English, a good work ethic, confidence, resilience, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
