Dentro del departamento de Luz y de Gas tus responsabilidades serán: - Emisión de llamadas mediante automarcador-centralita a nivel nacional- peninsular. - Venta fría o mejora de productos eléctricos o de gas (servicios energéticos) a clientes empresas y/o particulares. - Uso de BBDD, CRM para gestionar las llamadas - contratos. - Manejo de herramientas y programas informáticos propios de Contact Centers. - Comunicación con otros departamentos implicados en la venta. ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Incorporación inicial: Martes 07/05/2024. - Formación remunerada desde el primer día. - Inicio presencial en oficina + posterior TELETRABAJO. - Duración del contrato: 3 meses por ETT (Marlex) + incorporación por plantilla con contrato INDEFINIDO. - Horario: 1ª opción: turno de mañana de lunes a viernes de 10 a 15h / 2ª opción: turno de tarde de lunes a viernes de 15h a 20h. - Jornada: 25h/semanales.
