The resort offers a luxury hospitality experience with world-class gastronomy, wellness, golf, and exceptional guest service in an international environment. Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Food & Beverage team as interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality operations while developing professional and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. Interns will support the daily operation of restaurants, bars, breakfast service, events, and guest experience areas, working alongside experienced hospitality professionals. Main Responsibilities Assist in the daily operation of restaurants and bars Provide excellent customer service following luxury hospitality standards Support food and beverage service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events Prepare and organize service stations and mise en place Learn and apply Fairmont service standards and procedures Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas Collaborate with different departments to guarantee guest satisfaction Support banquet and special event operations when required Handle guest requests professionally and efficiently Requirements Studies related to Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Customer-oriented mindset Intermediate level of English (additional languages are a plus) Availability for internship placement according to school agreement What We Offer Hands-on experience in a luxury international hotel Training in Fairmont and Accor luxury service standards Multicultural and dynamic work environment Professional development opportunities Meals during shifts Accommodation provided by the hotel during the internship period Internship allowance: €500 gross/month Opportunity to work with experienced hospitality professionals Learning Outcomes During the internship, students will have the opportunity to: Develop operational Food & Beverage skills Improve communication and guest relation abilities Gain experience in luxury hospitality service Learn international hotel standards and procedures Strengthen teamwork and problem-solving competencies Join Our Team At Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while supporting the growth and development of future hospitality professionals.
