Juice Bar – THE I/O Marbella Are you passionate about healthy living, customer service, and creating amazing experiences for members? Do you enjoy working in a social and dynamic environment where every day is different? THE I/O Marbella is looking for a Juice Bar Host to join our team and take charge of the juice bar area, delivering high-quality products and service while representing the premium lifestyle of THE I/O Club. As part of the team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh juices and smoothies, serving members, and ensuring the juice bar is always clean, organised, and fully stocked. You will also support retail sales of club clothing and merchandise, helping members choose and purchase products while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be a key point of contact for members in a social and welcoming space, so your energy, personality, and communication skills will be essential. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and healthy drinks to a high standard, • Serve members in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, • Manage and support sales of club clothing and merchandise, • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels in the juice bar area, • Handle payments and basic POS transactions when required, • Actively engage with members, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere, • Support the team with general operational tasks when needed Requirements: • Outgoing, extroverted personality with strong people skills, • Passion for customer service and sales, • Proactive, energetic, and hands-on attitude, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Team player with a positive mindset, • English and Spanish required What We Offer: • A vibrant and social working environment within a premium sports club, • Opportunities for growth within a dynamic and expanding company, • Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, • Two weekends off per month, • A fun, supportive team culture We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, loves sales, and brings great energy to every shift.
