We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new Turkish / Mediterranean fusion restaurant and lounge concept. Köz Campoamor offers a trendy blend of Turkish, East Mediterranean & Middle Eastern fusion, featuring a beautiful modern terrace, high-end cocktails, shisha, and a DJ, open from 1 PM to 2 AM.
The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge and experience in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, including mezze-style dishes, and be confident working with charcoal and wood on a traditional mangal grill and wood-fired oven.
