We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new Turkish / Mediterranean fusion restaurant and lounge concept. Köz Campoamor offers a trendy blend of Turkish, East Mediterranean & Middle Eastern fusion, featuring a beautiful modern terrace, high-end cocktails, shisha, and a DJ, open from 1 PM to 2 AM. The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge and experience in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, including mezze-style dishes, and be confident working with charcoal and wood on a traditional mangal grill and wood-fired oven. Key Responsibilities: • Running a clean, professional kitchen, • Managing stock rotation and waste control, • Leading and developing the kitchen team, • Consistently achieving monthly GP targets for both produce and labour Requirements: • Strong leadership skills, • Solid financial awareness, • Expertise in Turkish and Mediterranean culinary traditions This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new concept and build a high-performing kitchen team from the ground up.
