Coordinación con el Personal de Recepción: trabajar en colaboración con el personal de recepción para garantizar una comunicación efectiva sobre el estado de las habitaciones y las solicitudes de los huéspedes

En Grand Hotel Central estamos seleccionando a un/a Recepcionista responsable de garantizar una experiencia excelente de los huéspedes en el hotel desde el momento de su llegada. Este puesto es un papel clave en la recepción, ya que es el primer punto de contacto con los huéspedes del hotel. El/la Recepcionista debe ser un miembro de equipo orientado al servicio al cliente, proporcionando un servicio amable y profesional a los huéspedes en todo momento. Sus principales responsabilidades serán las siguientes: • Proporcionar un servicio amable y profesional a los huéspedes en todo momento. • Realizar el check-in y check-out de los huéspedes y garantizar que toda la documentación se complete correctamente. • Proporcionar información a los huéspedes sobre el hotel, sus instalaciones y servicios, y también sobre la ciudad de Barcelona y sus atracciones turísticas. • Manejar reservas de habitaciones y procesar pagos. • Gestionar y resolver quejas o problemas de los huéspedes, y asegurarse de que cualquier problema sea resuelto de manera oportuna. • Realizar tareas administrativas, como contestar el teléfono, manejar correos electrónicos y realizar otras tareas de oficina según sea necesario.

En Grand Hotel Central estamos buscando un/a jefe/a de partida para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de cocina. Sus principales responsabilidades serán: Preparar y organizar la partida de acuerdo con los estándares y procedimientos del restaurante. Garantizar que todos los platos se elaboren de forma higiénica y se sirvan dentro de los tiempos establecidos. Seguir las recetas, el control de porciones y las presentaciones específicas definidas por el restaurante. Reponer todos los productos e ingredientes necesarios durante el turno. Limpiar y mantener la partida en óptimas condiciones de seguridad, higiene y organización. Conocer el uso correcto y el mantenimiento de todo el equipamiento de la partida. Colaborar en la limpieza, la higiene y la organización de la cocina, las cámaras frigoríficas y las áreas de almacenamiento. Realizar cualquier otra función que le sea asignada por el Chef de Cocina o el Sous Chef.

Misión del puesto: ser la primera persona del hotel en recibir a los huéspedes y acompañarles hasta la recepción. Dar soporte al equipo de recepción en tareas de atención a los clientes. Reporta a: Jefe/a de Recepción Funciones: - Dar apoyo y colaborar en todas aquellas tareas inherentes a la recepción: atención al cliente, check in, check out, relación con los diferentes departamentos del hotel… - Realizar adecuadamente en tiempo el acompañamiento de los clientes del hotel. Dar la bienvenida a los clientes cuando llegan, así como acompañarles a las habitaciones y transmitirles las indicaciones necesarias. Acompañar también al cliente cuando se marcha del hotel para su total satisfacción. - Realizar el control, almacenamiento y transporte de los equipajes de los clientes. - Ejecutar las tareas de atención al cliente en los servicios solicitados (transportes, reservas, mapas, indicaciones turísticas, etc.) - Colaborar en el mantenimiento del orden y la limpieza de las zonas de recepción y conserjería. - Estacionar los vehículos de los clientes, a petición de éstos, así como de su vigilancia y custodia. - Dar soporte al Room Service, así como al resto de trabajadores del establecimiento cuando sea necesario.

The Role of Bell Attendant: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. The Bell Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bell Attendant is stationed at the bell stand outside the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure. The Bell Attendant transports luggage to the guest room for arrivals and transports luggage for departing guests to the hotel entrance or into temporary storage. The Bell Attendant is also in charge of park guest car. The Bell Attendant also provides arriving guests with a hotel orientation. Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups. Park guest car with a maximum level of care. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE CAR LICENCE Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Greets all guest passing through lobby and offers them assistance. Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest. Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property. Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room. Assists guests at the Concierge Desk. Assisst with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door Staff. Strong interpersonal skills are paramount, as well as the ability to multitask, attention to detail and solve problems. Physical by nature this position requires the ability to lift and push at least 30 Kgs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about the local area. Applicants are required to have one year of experience in a Bell Attendant position. It is required to have driver license. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish. Qualifications: SHIPBOARD Employment type Minimum of two (2) years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment. Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Strong emotional intelligence required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items. Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests, supervisors and co-workers. Essential duties and responsibilities: Ensuring the Retreat guests are comfortable and knowledgeable regarding their suite, amenities, ship offerings, ports of call, their concierges and Retreat privileges Retreat guest’s personal point of contact and advocate for seamless inter-departmental communication and delivery Taste-testing and screening of all services and food items to ensure the most impeccable standards prior to guest use and/or consumption Championing excellence and driving further increasing standards on behalf of the Retreat program and guest Collaborating with all other Retreat areas to share information and guest’s personal preferences to enhance overall Retreat experience in all venues

Qualifications: SHIPBOARD Employment type. Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. Ability to speak additional languages preferably Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German (Conversational Proficiency). 2-3 yrs background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel. Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage. Essential duties and responsibilities: Maintains a constant presence of professionalism and emergency preparedness within stateroom services, supporting the operation in resolving elevator and ADA alarms, being the brand voice of the ship and Guest Relations for external calls and providing impeccable quality of personalized service to internal and external guests and crew alike Responds to escalated guest concerns in an up-scale, considerate, professional and positive manner, showing empathy and actively listening Championing strong administrative skills, taking periodic metrics of data such as guest counts, call volume, call content and guest and crew call behavioral analysis Readily communicates inventory, program access and maintenance requirements by taking full stewardship of work areas and tools As an Officer, leads by example by maintaining a firm, calm composure in all situations, treats all guest and crew with equal humility and respect, champions cleanliness and orderliness when walking all guest and crew areas by correct reporting and ownership, greets all guest and crew following service philosophy and takes full ownership of all guest and crew occurrences that require direction and leadership.

Qualifications: 5years+ managerial hotel experience in customer service in a hotel, or hospitality industry related field required. Preferably with Shipboard experience and/or experience in a 4/5* hotel handling front desk operations Required to speak English clearly and distinctly. Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exemplary customer and personal service including needs assessment, problem resolution and achievement of quality service standards. Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse guest services operation by navigating through a changing work environment. Should be able to utilize and administer the progressive disciplinary action process through coaching and counseling to improve performance where possible. Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment to meet overall established timeframes for the Guest Services division operation. Responds to escalated guest concerns in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing empathy and listening actively. Maintains current knowledge of all ship’s regular events and special functions by reviewing all available data to provide guests with accurate and up-to-date information to answer questions and handle any special requests.
