Un Sommelier en Cocina Hermanos Torres es el encargado de la preparación y mise en place de vinos, recepción de pedidos, gestión y organización de la bodega y servicios de vinos al comensal.

Funciones: Reportar diariamente al jefe directo (Chef o Supervisor), quien asignará y supervisará las tareas a realizar. Ejecutar correctamente las elaboraciones asignadas, garantizando la calidad y presentación de los platos. Cumplir con las normas higiénico-sanitarias y de seguridad alimentaria vigentes. Controlar la producción diaria, optimizando recursos y evitando mermas innecesarias. Velar por el correcto uso, mantenimiento y conservación de equipos e instalaciones. Gestionar el almacenamiento de alimentos y la mise en place en las cámaras correspondientes. Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de trabajo y utensilios. Colaborar en el montaje y presentación final de los platos. Solicitar los productos necesarios para el desarrollo de las elaboraciones asignadas. Cumplir con la normativa interna del establecimiento. Requisitos: Formación en Cocina, Gastronomía o similar. Experiencia previa en puesto similar como minimo 1 año, preferiblemente en hoteles 4* y/o 5* o restauración.
