We are looking for an IT & Business Systems Manager with experience in industrial environments and knowledge of fiscal, financial, and operational contexts for our facilities in AMPOSTA (Tarragona) or SANT JOAN DESPÍ (Barcelona). The IT & Business Systems Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, applications, and end-user devices. In addition, the role oversees, updates, and optimizes business systems, ensuring they support operational workflows, improve efficiency, and align with strategic objectives. Required qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering., • 5–10 years of experience in IT management or systems administration roles, IT project management, system analysis, or system administration. preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain environments., • Proven hands-on experience with business systems (e.g., File Maker and/or Microsoft Dynamics), including implementation, customization, integration, and migration., • Willingness to travel to Chemence Graphics locations., • Business knowledge of English IT Manager Key Skills Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of systems administration at server and desktop level (Windows, Vmware, Apple), • Networking and infrastructure management (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless), • Cybersecurity principles and best practices, • Cloud platform Management (Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Cloud), • IT service management (Run and maintain cloud ticket system), • Data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Leadership & Management Skills • Small Team leadership expertise, • Budgeting and cost control for IT projects and operations, • Vendor and supplier management, • Strategic IT planning aligned with business goals, • Proven Project management skills with experience of core system migrations, • Report writing & data modelling experience Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, • Ability to translate technical details into business language, • Change management and adaptability, • Risk assessment and mitigation, • Strong technical expertise in systems and network management. Business Systems Manager Key Skills • Strong knowledge of IT and business systems architecture, with experience leading projects to design, optimize, and align systems with business objectives., • Hands-on experience planning and executing business system/ERP changes, including module customization, testing, training, and go-live support., • Knowledge of business systems security best practices and integration with other operational platforms., • Ability to produce clear technical and user documentation., • Understanding of industrial/manufacturing workflows, with the ability to align ERP systems to support production efficiency or translate operational needs into system requirements., • Skilled in selecting, negotiating, and managing ERP suppliers and consultants., • Proficiency in project management, reporting, analytics, and performance tracking., • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with problem-solving ability and adaptability to evolving processes. Other Valued Skills • Budget management and resource allocation., • Data analysis skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and translate large datasets into actionable business insights.
