ERIKALUST is looking for an Editorial & Copywriting Intern to support our content team across brand, editorial, and Email Marketing copy. This is a role for someone at the beginning of their writing career who already shows strong instincts: a feel for language, attention to tone, curiosity about culture, and the willingness to keep improving. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to care about words and how they make people feel. You’ll work closely with the team to help shape copy across different formats, support day-to-day content needs, and grow your craft in a brand environment where voice, nuance, and clarity matter. What you’ll do • Support the team with copywriting and editing across different channels, • Help draft copy for Email Marketing, web, and other brand materials, • Assist with proofreading, tone checks, and copy reviews, • Adapt messages across formats while keeping the voice consistent, • Support content research, references, and idea gathering when needed, • Learn how to write within a defined brand voice while developing your own editorial judgment What we’re looking for • Excellent written English, ideally C1 level or native/fluent, • A genuine interest in writing, language, tone, and storytelling, • Strong attention to detail and a good ear for what sounds natural, • Someone who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and dependable, • Good taste and curiosity, with an interest in culture, media, and brand communication, • Able to manage deadlines and follow through on tasks What will help you stand out • A portfolio, writing samples, or personal work that shows voice and sensitivity to language, • Experience writing for university projects, student publications, newsletters, blogs, social media, or creative platforms, • An interest in editorial, copywriting, brand writing, or cultural communication, • A strong instinct for rewriting and improving awkward or generic copy What you’ll learn • How to write across channels while keeping a strong and consistent voice, • How editorial thinking and brand writing work together, • How to take a draft from rough idea to polished copy, • How to work with feedback, creative direction, and content systems in a professional team
