Company Overview Mingothings S.L. specializes in the integration and deployment of electronic systems and smart technologies for public transportation and mobility solutions. The company participates in international projects involving the installation, configuration, and integration of onboard electronic systems in buses and transport vehicles, including payment systems, driver consoles, communication equipment, sensors, and embedded electronic components. As part of its international expansion strategy, Mingothings is building a specialized technical team capable of supporting deployment projects across multiple countries. Position Summary Mingothings is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Systems Integration Technician to support the installation, assembly, testing, and maintenance of electronic and electromechanical systems integrated into buses and public transport vehicles. The selected candidate will initially work as part of the technical integration team in Spain, participating in installation and deployment activities. Following internal training and process qualification, the candidate will progressively assume responsibilities related to technical support, international deployment coordination, and the training of future technicians for international projects. This position is part of Mingothings’ international growth strategy and aims to support the expansion of the company’s business and technical operations in Central Asia. The role requires strong technical capabilities, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in industrial and international environments. Key Responsabilities • Installation and integration of onboard electronic systems in buses and transport vehicles, • Assembly of electromechanical and electronic components, • Wiring, cabling, and connection of electronic devices and embedded systems, • Installation and configuration of payment systems, driver consoles, communication modules, and related equipment, • Testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of installed systems, • Reading and interpreting technical documentation and installation procedures, • Performing inspections and quality control checks, • Supporting maintenance and repair activities during deployment projects, • Collaborating with engineering and technical operations teams, • Following company technical standards and safety procedures, • Participating in international technical deployment projects, • Supporting the onboarding and technical training of future technicians Required Qualifications • Technical education or professional training in electromechanics, industrial automation, electronics, mechanics, instrumentation, or related technical fields, • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or industrial experience, • Experience with industrial equipment, mechanical systems, electronic systems, or automation environments, • Ability to work with technical tools, wiring, and assembly procedures, • Technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, • Ability to adapt to new technical processes and environments, • Team-oriented and responsible working attitude, • Availability for international travel and deployment projects Preferred Qualifications • Experience in industrial plants, automation systems, transport technologies, or vehicle systems, • Experience with electromechanical installation projects, • Basic understanding of electronic integration systems, • Experience in technical training or supervision, • Driving license, • Basic English or Spanish communication skills
