Marui Sushi is excited to announce the opening of Marui Steak this April — a new Japanese-Western (Yo-shoku) concept centered around high-quality steak and carefully selected Japanese ingredients.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef to join our opening team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a chef who has:
- Strong knowledge of Japanese ingredients and cuisine
- Solid experience in grilling and cooking steak/meat
- Passion for combining Japanese technique with Western-style dishes
