As a Videographer, you bring this brand experience to life through compelling motion content. You create videos that inspire, capture real moments, and connect people with our world through engaging storytelling and strong visual style. Tasks • Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, Tiktoks, Stories) and longer social videos for marketing campaigns, from concept to final export., • Plan, shoot and direct lifestyle and product video on location (urban/outdoor) and in studio (indoor), matching Cinnamood’s brand aesthetics., • Create shot lists, storyboards and simple scripts in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams., • Manage audio capture for interviews and voiceover., • Edit and deliver final videos including editing, audio mixing and basic mation graphics/captions for social use., • Manage on-set logistics: talent direction, minor set design and props coordination, location permits and franchise/store liaison for shoots., • Close cooperation with branding, marketing and franchise teams to ensure visual consistency and to prioritise shoot schedules., • Considered a plus: experience with livestream production, multi-camera setups or drone videography. Requirements • Proven experience producing short-form social video content and lifestyle footage for consumer brands, ideally in F&B or retail., • Proficiency operating professional camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless), stabilisation tools (gimbals), on-location lighting and field audio., • Must own and maintain a professional video equipment kit suitable for on-location and studio shoots, including camera, lenses, lighting and audio gear., • Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus basic motion graphics skills in After Effects or similar; color grading experience (DaVinci Resolve or equivalent) is a plus., • Clear understanding of social platform specs and best practices for Reels, Stories and feed videos (codecs, file sizes, aspect ratios, subtitles)., • Fast, organised and deadline-oriented working style, with excellent attention to visual detail and brand consistency., • Must be able to travel regularly to stores and shoot locations; valid driver’s license preferred., • Good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage., • Team player with intercultural competence and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for launches and events.
