This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and play a key role in both daily operations and long‑term strategic development.Position OverviewThe Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day management of operations across Phytoferm and Plantionix, ensuring that current production activities are executed according to plan while helping build the foundation for future growth. Working directly with the CEO, you will coordinate production activities, manage stakeholder communication, support regulatory and corporate reporting, and contribute to the development of next‑generation omega‑3 production technologies. This role offers significant responsibility and exposure across multiple business functions. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational execution and strategic problem‑solving and wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding biotechnology company.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production Management- Ensure ongoing production activities are executed according to plan, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.- Coordinate production planning and operational workflows together with internal and external stakeholders.- Monitor production performance and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.- Support supply chain, logistics, and transportation activities to ensure reliable product delivery.- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and other external stakeholders.- Ensure clear and professional communication regarding production status, deliveries, and operational updates.- Maintain strong relationships with partners and service providers.Business Operations & Reporting- Support the CEO in preparing quarterly and annual reports for shareholders, parent companies, and relevant authorities.- Assist with operational reporting, documentation, KPI tracking, and business performance monitoring.- Support regulatory, compliance, and administrative activities as required.Growth & Organizational Development- Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities as the organization expands.- Help establish efficient processes, systems, and operational structures to support company growth.- Contribute to strategic planning and execution together with the CEO.- Support the development of next‑generation omega‑3 production technologies and manufacturing capabilities.- Coordinate projects involving new production methods, technologies, and operational improvements.- Work cross‑functionally with scientific, technical, and commercial teams to help bring innovation into commercial reality.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive, solution‑oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done.
