As part of our Global Payroll team, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance, internal controls, and operational excellence across our global payroll organization. In this position, you will support the development of a standardized and well-controlled payroll environment by driving governance initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, managing compliance and audit activities, and partnering with stakeholders across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external providers. You will develop dashboards, reports and gather insights to support decision making.
