Subtil Wine Bar, known for natural wines and artisanal products, is looking for a versatile kitchen assistant to join a stable, year-round team in a refined, dynamic and detail-oriented environment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in kitchen work
Good handling of cold kitchen (product, plating, presentation)
Basic grill knowledge
Interest in gastronomy, product and wine
Versatile profile, able to support both kitchen and floor if needed
Organized, clean and efficient
Good attitude, well-presented and willing to work
Attention to detail and ability to work with rhythm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of cold dishes and plating
Working with high-quality artisanal products
Support on the grill when needed
Occasional support in service (floor)
Organization and cleanliness
