Company Description FRAM Hospitality is a Swiss hospitality group operating multiple hospitality businesses, including Base Aparthotels and a new 4–5 star hotel in Verbier, which will open at the end of the year. To support scalable growth, we operate a centralized back office in Barcelona, streamlining operations across reservations, distribution, revenue coordination, marketing, and guest services across our portfolio. You will be part of both Base Aparthotels operations and actively involved in the opening, launch, and full operational setup of our new hotel in Verbier. Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Reservations & Distribution Manager to lead the reservations function and oversee distribution across all booking channels. This role combines operational leadership, team supervision, and system optimization. You will ensure excellence in reservation handling, accuracy of availability and pricing, and strong performance across all distribution platforms. You will also play a key role in the pre-opening, launch, and operational readiness of our new hotel in Verbier, while managing both properties (Base Aparthotels and Verbier hotel) in terms of reservations and distribution performance. Key Responsibilities • Reservations Management & Team Leadership, • Oversee the full reservations process across all channels (OTAs, direct, email, phone), • Supervise, guide, and support reservations staff in their daily operations, • Ensure high-quality guest communication and service standards, • Monitor performance, response times, and conversion rates, • Distribution & Revenue Accuracy, • Ensure accuracy of availability, rates, and content across all platforms, • Work closely with revenue teams on pricing and availability strategy, • Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems and channels Operational Coordination • Coordinate with the Front Office team of Base Aparthotels for seamless guest experience, • Ensure smooth internal communication between departments, • Take an active role in the pre-opening and launch of the new hotel in Verbier, • Ensure operational readiness across systems and processes Process Improvement & Performance • Analyze booking patterns and identify optimization opportunities, • Improve systems, efficiency, and operational performance, • Maintain data integrity across PMS and booking tools, • Contribute to best practices across reservations and distribution Qualifications • Proven experience in hospitality reservations, distribution, or revenue-related roles, • Previous team management or supervisory experience required, • Strong knowledge of OTAs and booking platforms, • Experience with PMS systems (Mews is a plus), • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, • Fluent in French and Fluent in English (mandatory), • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-property environment The position starts from 1st August 2026.
