Your profile Professional qualifications • You ideally bring experience in office management, back office roles, assistance, or similar positions., • You have solid knowledge of Spanish administrative processes., • You understand commercial workflows and have strong organisational skills., • You feel confident using common digital tools such as the MS Office suite and cloud systems., • You speak Spanish and English fluently, both written and spoken., • Knowledge of German is a clear plus. Your tasks • Manage all office and administrative processes, including document and deadline management., • Maintain providers´ contracts, personnel files, and company documents., • Serve as the main contact for Spanish authorities and coordinate with tax advisors, labour consultants, banks, and service providers., • Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee enquiries., • Prepare documents for internal and external partners., • Improve and digitalise administrative workflows and help build a scalable office setup., • Work closely with management by independently prioritising, coordinating, and implementing administrative tasks.
