Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the technical team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and adherence to resort standards. Creative Development: Design and implement innovative entertainment concepts aligned with current trends and the resort’s identity. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Previous experience in entertainment or event management, preferably within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
